The allowance, credit-earning rules and qualification requirements need confirmation. A submission is not an approval.

01 / ELIGIBILITY

Who can participate?

Durham-focused websites and organizations with a relevant local audience. Eligibility and placement requirements are reviewed before activation.

02 / MAINTENANCE

Keep your details current

Update destination links and artwork when an offer changes. Pause a campaign when its destination is unavailable, and request a new review after relevant edits.

03 / DELIVERY

Watch your allowance

Review supported reporting and balance information once connected. Renewal, expiry and credit earning follow confirmed plan terms.

Placement code not detected
Confirm that the issued code is on the nominated page and that the page is published. Check whether the editor stripped any markup. Request verification again after correcting the placement.
Banner rejected
Read the review reason, check size, legibility, claims and destination URL, then revise and resubmit. Do not assume a replacement is automatically approved.
Destination link unavailable
Open the destination yourself, fix redirects or page errors, and pause the campaign until the page works.
No recent impressions
Check campaign status, approved inventory, placement verification and remaining allowance. A reporting delay or unavailable integration is not a zero-impression result.
Campaign paused
Review the reason for pausing. Resolve outstanding requirements before requesting activation.
Plan exhausted
Review the current balance and available plans. Do not assume renewal is automatic; billing and expiry rules require confirmation.
